It takes around 1-3 business days for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 4 to 8 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays or an increase of gift parcels being shipped during the holidays may cause delays which might take 5–11 business days for shipment.
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save enormous storage and transportation costs, offer the products at a cheaper price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Postage costs
Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs and delivery to your home is 100% FREE.

Order
ordering process
If you want to order one of our products from Artist of Homes, you must first add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button.
Here it is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is OK, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. On the information page you must enter the correct address details. Make sure that all information is entered correctly. If this information has been entered correctly, you can click on the "CONTINUE SEND" button.
On the "Shipping" page there is the opportunity to double-check the provided address information. You can also see that every shipment within the Netherlands is delivered completely free of charge. You can now proceed by clicking on the "PAY" button.
Secure payment
After selecting the correct payment method, you must click the "Complete Order" button. You will then be redirected to the secure payment environment of the payment method you selected.
